CU student credits organizations like Project C.U.R.E. for helping him become more civically involved.

Taylor Roberts, a senior CU Boulder student, is co-president of the CU-Boulder chapter of GlobeMed, a national student organization focused on improving the health of impoverished people. Last summer, Roberts traveled to Tipling, Nepal, where he worked closely with Project C.U.R.E! The supplies donated by Project C.U.R.E. included surgical instruments, laboratory and diagnostic tools and machines for operating and delivery rooms. Roberts and three other GlobeMed members helped with a community education project where they taught a women's empowerment course and volunteered at two elementary schools. Since returning from Nepal, Roberts has been working hard to continue growing GlobeMed and encouraging other CU students to get involved with programs that give back.

Project C.U.R.E. thanks Taylor for giving back and working with Project C.U.R.E. to deliver health and hope to the world.
