Donation of Medical Equipment and Supplies from Individuals

Whenever possible, please drop off your donation at one of our collection locations below. Our large trucks are focused on picking up from hospitals and physicians offices. We will do our best to accommodate your collection if you are unable to drop off, however we ask your patience and support with transport. If you have unused medical supplies which you would like to share with others, please review these basic guidelines:

• Items must not have an expiration date prior to 2024. We are unable to accept expired items. We welcome all donations dated 2024 or beyond.
• Please do not ship fluids of any kind, dialysis items, or medications. We are unable to accept these items.
• All shipping charges must be prepaid by the donor.
• When shipping to us, please print and complete a Request for Receipt Form so we can acknowledge your donation.

Please complete the Request for Receipt form to ensure that you receive a receipt. Receipts are emailed to the donors after the medical donation has been received. These will not itemize the items you have donated or provide a valuation. Consult your tax specialist for more information on valuing your donation.
